yǐ : wèi ,wǒ shì 201 hào fáng jiān 。wǒ de lín yù qì yī zhí dī shuǐ 。wǒ gāi zěn me bàn ne ?
甲:请打电话给客房部。他们会解决这个问题。

A: Hi, I've just moved in. good to see you.
B: Hi, nice meeting you, too. Is there anything I can do for you?

乙:在二楼。
yǐ : zài èr lóu 。
A: Excuse me, I have to return these two tickets. Where can I go for help?
B: I'm sorry, I have no idea.
A: Then, Where is the reception desk?
B: It's on the second floor.
