甲：要帮什么忙吗？
jiǎ : yào bāng shén me máng ma ？
乙：是的。你能告诉我去大剧院怎么走吗？
yǐ : shì de . nǐ néng gào sù wǒ qù dà jù yuàn zěn me zǒu ma ？
甲：沿这条街直走。在第二个交通灯向左拐。剧院就在你右边。你能找到的。
jiǎ : yán zhè tiáo jiē zhí zǒu . zài dì èr gè jiāo tōng dēng xiàng zuǒ guǎi . jù yuàn jiù zài nǐ yòu biān . nǐ néng zhǎo dào de .
乙：到那儿要多长时间？
yǐ : dào nà ér yào duō cháng shí jiān ？
甲：走路要10分钟。
jiǎ : zǒu lù yào shí fēn zhōng .
乙：非常感谢。
yǐ : fēi cháng gǎn xiè .
A: Is there anything I can do for you?
B: Yes, please. Could you tell me how to get to the Grand Theatre?
A: Go straight down this street. Turn left at the second traffic light. It is on your right. You can't miss it.
B: How long will it take to get there?
A: About 10 minutes' walk.
B: Thank you very much..

甲：我想乘船去珠海。到那儿要多长时间呢？
jiǎ : wǒ xiǎng chéng chuán qù zhū hǎi . dào nà ér yào duō cháng shí jiān ne ？
乙： 我不知道。你问一下售票处吧。
yǐ : wǒ bù zhī dào . nǐ wèn yī xià shòu piào chǔ bā .
甲：好的。
jiǎ : hǎo de .
乙：售票处在那边。
yǐ : shòu piào chǔ zài nà biān .
A: I'm going to Zuhai by boat. How long will it take to get there?
B: I have no idea. You can find it out at the booking office.
A: Yes, of course.
B: The booking office is over there.
Dialogue 3
甲：我想爬到山顶，得多长时间啊？
jiǎ : wǒ xiǎng pá dào shān dǐng , děi duō cháng shí jiān ā ？
乙：要是不绕路的话，大概一个多小时。
yǐ : yào shì bù rào lù de huà , dà gài yī gè duō xiǎo shí .
甲：有没有近路。
jiǎ : yǒu méi yǒu jìn lù .
乙：没有吧。
yǐ : méi yǒu bā .
A: I want to climb up to the top of the hill. How long will it take to get there?
B: If you don't wind your way up, it's about an hour.
A: Is there a shortcut?
B: Not as I know of.
